Sept 8 - Day 19

The little one and I woke up at around 9 am. Got around and had breakfast; one egg and a cup of hot tea (2 Tbsp sugar).

Put on some Pink Panther classic cartoons while I cleaned up the kitchen.

Made us both a PB&J (2 slices of bread, 1 Tbsp strawberry jam and 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter) for lunch. While the little one had her milk, I had a glass of ice tea.

When the little one woke up from her nap (a little after 3 pm) we went for a "speed" walk; once around the little circle and once around the big circle (which took about 35 - 40 minutes). Had another glass of ice tea and a BioAstin capsule afterwards. Then started reading a book until hubby got home from base.

Made spaghetti noodles, shrimp, and the leftover sauce with meatballs for supper. I had about 10 small shrimp, 1/2 cup noodles and sauce. Also had another glass of ice tea with another BioAstin capsule.

Sept 7 - Day 18

I know I've missed the last couple of days. Been busy and they just flew right on by.

Woke up at 9 this morning. Got the little one up and around right away. Decided to get dressed myself before breakfast. Which was an egg for both of us; plus my hot cup of tea (2 Tbsp sugar).

Worked on the little one's last skirt (at the moment) for most of the day. Didn't help that I sewed the top ruffle and the skirt's main body the wrong way (had to tear out the stitching, re-pin, and re-sew it). Finished it up, except for the button, soon after the little one got up from her nap.

While tearing out the stitching, I had a burrito (rice, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, sour cream, and light Catalina dressing all in a tortilla wrap) for lunch. Decided to have a glass of ice tea with lunch today.

After getting the skirt finished; played with the little one (i.e.: running around the house, chasing each other, dancing, etc). Didn't go for a walk, even though I should have. The little one didn't really want anything to eat for her supper. Finally convinced her to eat some yogurt; which she finished off the container.

I had a meatball sandwich (hoagie, 2 slices of Munster cheese, 4 meatballs with sauce), plus a third slice of Munster cheese just to eat, after putting the little one down for bed. Ran out of ice tea, so I had another cup of hot tea (2 Tbsp sugar).

Sept 4 - Day 15

Woke up about 8ish this morning. Made grits for both hubby and the little one. Took her awhile to want to put on her bib to eat (still didn't want to sit in her chair); then she only ate about 1/2 of it. I had a cup of hot tea (2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk) while the little one sat on my lap and ate her breakfast, but didn't have any breakfast myself (as of yet).

Didn't eat anything for breakfast by the time lunch came around, so I had my egg sandwich (one thin bagel, 2 eggs, 2 slices of Munster cheese) for lunch (plus another slice of Munster cheese just to eat). Also had another cup of hot tea (1 1/2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk) with a BioAstin capsule.

Had another cup of hot tea (1 1/2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk) with an 800 miligram of Ibuprofen. Been having cramps since I woke up :-( Also had two squares of chocolate (had to comfort myself somehow).

Decided to have meatball sandwich (1 hoagie bun, 3 small slices of mozzarella cheese, 4 meatballs, and a serving spoonful of spaghetti sauce) for supper tonight; along with 1 glass (6 oz) of sweet white wine. Waited until the little one was down for bed before having some Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough ice cream (she didn't eat her supper so she wasn't aloud dessert) - about 3/4 cup.

Sept 3 - Day 14

The little one let me sleep in to almost 9:30 this morning. Had a cup of hot tea (1 1/2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk) while making her egg for breakfast. Of course, she was being stubborn and didn't eat but maybe half of her egg; because when daddy got his grits she ate some of that. I finished off her egg around noon (waited to see if she wanted to finish it herself).

Swept off the back porch and watered the garden all in the morning before MIL got here. Was helping hubby pick up pine cones when MIL arrived. MIL helped watch the little one while we worked on the back yard and started on the side (couldn't finish due to running out of yard bags).

By the time we got inside and got situated, it was time for lunch. Made the little one a PB&J. Again, she didn't want to sit in her chair or put on her bib to eat, so she sat in my lap. Once I put her down for her nap at 1 pm; MIL and I went on a few errands. Since MIL had lunch on the way she didn't eat anything here and I ate a slice of hubby's meat and cheese roll-up on the way out the door. We picked up her side table at Pier 1 and then went and got pedicures and manicures. Had to stop by Lowes Foods due to my hubby wanted me to pick up ice cream that was on sale (buy 2 get 3 free); plus eggs, bread, fish, and a few other things.

Didn't really do much in the afternoon. Made steak fries for dinner with mayo and ketchup for dipping (I know....not really a healthy supper, but it was good). I also had another slice off roll-up (that he couldn't finish earlier). After letting all that settle, I shared a small bowl (about 1 1/2 cups) of Edy's Cookie Dough ice cream with the little one - she ate about half of it.

Sept 2 - Day 13

Woke up at 9:30 this morning. Filled up the little ones juice and made her an egg while she was still sleeping (she slept in till almost 10:30). I was able to make and eat one soft cooked egg for me along with a cup of hot tea (2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk). After getting the little one up and dressed, made another cup of tea to take a BioAstin capsule.

After putting the little one down for a nap I had lunch. One burrito (rice, mozzarella cheese, black beans, sour cream, lite Catalina dressing) and a glass of chocolate milk and a small bowl of Edy's Cookie Dough ice cream.

Finished up the necklace and bracelet set I was working on; and readied the next set of beads. Put on a second coat of paint on the glass candle holder (which will probably do it). I will try and take off the stenciling tomorrow morning.

Didn't think I would get the meatballs done tonight. The little one slipped off her chair when she tried to step from her chair to mine (and since mine rolls and hers doesn't) and bumped the back of her head just a little bit. She was more scared than hurt, but still wanted me to hold her for quite awhile. Didn't start making them until about the same time I actually wanted to have dinner ready; so dinner was definitely late (didn't eat until just after 7 pm). Had a second glass of chocolate milk while making the meatballs.

I had about 1 cup pasta, about 1/8 cup sauce with 5 meatballs (about an inch in diameter each). Added a little more for the little one. Had about 6 oz water with my BioAstin capsule.

Sept 1 - Day 12

Set my alarm clock for 7:30 this morning, and actually got up when it went off! Got around and iced the cupcakes (which took me till now - 8:55 am). Put big tray in fridge to "harden" up, going to see if I can write a "T" on top of the icing for the company name. Might spell out company name on the cupcakes in the small tray, have to wait and see how the icing sets up first. Now I need to see if the little one is awake. Still need to feed her and take a shower (because I stink and my hair is so oily it's laying against my head) before the ribbon cutting ceremony today at hubby's work. Also want to see if I have enough time to finish my fingernails on my right hand (painted them green and put purple curly-cues on top).

Made a cup of hot tea (2 Tbsp sugar & 2 Tbsp milk) while making the little one's egg and she sat on my lap to eat it. By the time she was done, hubby was out of the shower to watch her and I could take my shower, dress, and makeup. Didn't get around to getting breakfast for myself or finish my right fingernails....oh well.

Got to the office a little before 11 and people didn't start showing up until a little after 11 am. The little one was well behaved while the whole thing was going on. The ceremony was catered (crackers and cheese, tortilla roll-ups, pineapple and cherries). I had maybe a total of 4 roll-ups, a couple of cherries, a couple of crackers and one slice of cheese. Also had a glass of Serra Mist.

Left about 1:30 pm....little one fell asleep on the way home. When I tried to transfer her to her bed for a nap, she woke up. Still layed her down for "quite time," and I took a nap myself.

For supper we had tilapia and made burritos (fish, Parmesan cheese, and sour cream all on a tortilla wrap). The little one helped eat about one-third of my burrito; so I ate only two-thirds. Had a glass of cherry kool-aid with my BioAstin capsule.
